Job Description

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Shop Supervisor to join our nail salon team and ensure smooth daily operations. As a Shop Supervisor, you will oversee salon operations, manage customer bookings and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily salon operations and staff performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, and ensure efficient scheduling
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the salon
• Control inventories
• Report to salon owner/manager with regular updates on salon performance

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experienced managing staff
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in salon, retail, or in customer service job is preferred
• Communication in English/ Vietnamese with knowledge of one Scandinavian language is preferred.
